Before you commission me...

By commissioning me, you have read the TOS, even if you haven’t. If you have a deadline, please tell me ASAP. Must have at least a week notice. Payment expected in 24 hours (unless we discussed this) Paypal only for USD payments. No cryptocurrency.

Your rights...

Commissioner can re-uploaded the image as long there is some form of credit (grimberriz). Artwork can’t be used commercially unless you pay the commercial fee (Double the price) Must provide a visual reference to the character(s). If wanting a custom, please provide a mood board or some visuals to help me understand what you want! I’m fine with any art edits on my art IF you commissioned the piece.

My rights...

I have the right to refuse any commissions I don’t feel comfortable with. I don’t do refunds unless something comes up on my side and can’t do your commission. Artwork may vary from 1 week up to a month. I do not give out refunds unless specific scenarios apply at my discretion. Do not use my work as NFTS. I have the right to use the completed work for my portfolio. Please note: I might not provide wips unless if I’m taking too long OR you can ask for one. I’m provided to give you a wip if you ask. I can correct any minor edits on the character if I made any mistakes.
